On April 08, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the 2021 audited financial statements from Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (stock code: PXS). Based on the audited financial statements in 2019, 2020, and 2021 with the qualified opinions of the audit company, the shares of Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company is subjected to mandatory delisting according to regulations.
