On April 13, the Board of Directors of Nam Viet Corporation decided to contribute capital into Nam Viet Aqua Feed Processing One-member Co., Ltd. and appointed Mr. Do Lap Nghiep to be the representative at Nam Viet Aqua Feed Processing One-member Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: Lot A4, Thot Not Industrial Park, Thoi Thuan ward, Thot Not district, Can Tho city, Viet Nam.

-          Contributed capital amount: VND200 billion (100% charter capital of the limited company).
