The Board resolution dated April 13, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the establishment of Audit Committee and Risk Management under the Board of Directors.
2. Approved the appointment of members of Audit Committee and Risk Management, including:

-          Pham Nguyen Thoa – Independent member of BOD:     Chairman

-          Lam Thi My Ha – member of BOD: member.
