On April 14, 2022, Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company announces the following contents:

1. Until April 13, 2022, Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company completed the purchase of shares of Can Tho Water Supply – Sewerage JSC (CTW), accounting for 24.64% charter capital of the company.
2. Until April 06, 2022, Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company completed the purchase of shares of Can Tho 2 Water Supply Joint Stock Company (CT2), accounting for 48.86% charter capital of the company.

After the purchase completes, Can Tho Water Supply – Sewerage JSC (CTW) and Can Tho 2 Water Supply Joint Stock Company (CT2) will become associated companies of Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company.
