-          Stock volume before the issuance: 106,436,576 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 106,399,614 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 36,962 shares

-          Expected issuance volume: 8,511,969 shares (exercise ratio: 100:8)

-          Number of distributed shares: 8,510,235 shares; Of which:

+ Number of distributed shares to shareholders according to the rate: 8,510,235 shares for 9,838 shareholders;

+ Number of fractional shares: 1,734 shares (These shares will be cancelled)

-          Total shares after the issuance (March 29, 2022): 114,946,811 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 14,903,987 sahres

+ Number of treasury shares: 36,962 shares.

-          Ending date: March 29, 2022

-          Time for transferring shares: expected in April 2022 or May 2022.
