The Board resolution dated April 07, 2022, the BOD of  F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the implementation of the share public offering:

-          Record date: April 26, 2022

-          Exercise ratio: 100:19.39101 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 19.39101 new shares)

-          Time for rights transference: from May 06, 2022 to May 25, 2022

-          Time for subscription and payment: from May 06, 2022 to May 31, 2022.

1. Approved the implementation of the stock issuance to pay dividend:

-          Record date: March 29, 2022

-          Expected issue volume: 26,273,024 shares

-          Total value of issue (at par value): VND262,730,240,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Those who own 10 shares will receive 01 new share).
