On April 04, 2022, FECON Corporation received resignation letters from members of the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors as follows:

-          Mr. Ha The Phuong, Mr. Phung Tien Trung, Mr. Pham Trung Thanh and Mr. Nguyen Song Thanh resigned from the Board of Directors.

-          Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung resigned from the Board of Supervisors.
