The Board resolution dated April 07, 2022, the BOD of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved the contents of Annual General Meeting 2022 with details as follows:

-          Report on the business result in 2021 and business plan in 2022;

-          Report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022;

-          Report on the Audit Committee activitiec in 2021;

-          Report on the remuneration of the BOD in 2021 and plan for 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the 2021 profit distribution and plan for 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the plan for stock issuance under ESOP in 2021 and stock issiance under ESOP plan in 2022;

-          Proposal to approve the supplement, cancellation some of business lines;

-          Draft of Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2022.
