The Board resolution dated March 07, 2022, the BOD of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution in Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation (HVID EDU. CORP) with details as follows:

- Additional purchase volume: 631,800 shares

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share

- Total value: VND6,318,000,000

- Time of implementation: from March 07, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

After the purchase completes, Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company will raise the owning volume in Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation to 2,737,800 shares, acounting for 30% charter capital.
