1. Approving the result of share public offering to exisitng shareholders:

-          Registered offering volume: 55,471,151 shares

-          Distributed volume: 48,512,119 shares

-          Unsold shares volume: 6,959,032 shares.

2. Approving the sale of 6,770,121 unsold shares to other investors with the selling price of VND10,000/share.

-          Payment date:  March 04, 2022

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
