The Board resolution dated March 03, 2022, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Services Joint Stock Company approved the additional capital contribution in Hoang Giang Service Development Joint Stock Company. Details are as follows:

-          Owning volume before contributing: 47,895,000 shares, equivalent to 478,950,000,000 at par value, accounting for 99.78% charter capital.

-          Additional purchase: 2,000,000 shares with 10,000 dongs/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND20,000,000,000.
