The Board resolution dated March 02, 2021, the BOD of Vinalink International Freight Forwarders approved the following contents:

1. Approving the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: expected on April 27, 2022.
2. Approving the second cash dividend payment for 2021:

-          Exercise ratio: 8%/par value (800 dongs/share)

-          Payment date (estimated): April 22, 2022.

3. Approving the record date to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and to pay second cash dividend for 2021: expected on March 24, 2022.
