The Board resolution dated March 30, 2022, the BOD of Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation approved to use its treasury shares to issue shares to employees with the following plan:

-         Stock name: Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation

-         Stock type: common share

-         Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-         Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,041,650 shares

-         Selling price: VND20,000/share

-         Total value (at par value): VND10,416,500,000

-         These shares will be restricted in 02 years from the finish date of the issuance.

-         Handling for unsold shares: The Board of Directors will continue to issue to other employees at the same selling price.

-         Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-         Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
