Resignation:

- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh

- Resigned position: Chairman of the Representative Board of Techcom Bond Fund (TCBF)

- Reason (if any): personal reason

- Effective date: from the date the Annual General Meeting of Investors for fiscal year 2021 approves the resignation.
