The Board resolution dated March 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Mobile World Investment Corporation approved the following contents:

1. Approving the adjustment to the list of key employees registering to purchase shares in the stock issuance under ESOP.
2. This list will replace the list that approved by the Board resolution dated February 22, 2022.
3. Apprving the time for transfer restriction within 04 years from the ending date of the issuance.
