The Board resolution dated March 24, 2022, the Board of Directors of Long An Food Processing Export Joint Stock Company approved the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2022 with details as follows:

1. Approving the report on the business result in 2021:

-          Net sales: 415.4 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 43.2 billion dongs

 2. Approving the business plan in 2022:

-          Net sales: 540 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax: 54 billion dongs.

3. Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022.

4. Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2021.

5. Approving the audited financial statements in 2021.

6. Proposal on the plan for 2021 profit distribution.

7. Proposal on the business plan and profit distribution in 2022.

8. Proposal on the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.

9. Proposal on the plan for stock issuance to raise capital.

10. Proposal on the plan for stock issuance under ESOP.

11. Other issues.
