-          Business performance in 2021;

-          To add the following contents to the agenda of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

+ To elect additional member to the Board of Directors for the remaining time of Term 2019-2024;

+ Plan for raising capital from the owner’s capital.
