The Board resolution dated March 23, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company (HAPACO) approved the additional capital contribution to raise charter capital in Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company (BV Green). Details are as follows:

-          Current contribution capital: VND177,000,000,000, accounting for 33.65% charter capital of BV Green.

-          Additional contribution capital: VND554,000,000,000

-          Total actual contribution capital after the additional contribution in BV Green: VND731,000,000,000; Of which:

+ Contribution capital value (at par value): VND491,000,000,000, equivalent to 49,100,000 shares BV Green

-          The ownership ratio of HAPACO at BV Green after the additional contribution:

+ Charter capital after the additional issuance of BV Green: VND600,000,000,000

+ Number of outstanding shares: 60,000,000 shares

+ HAPACO's actual charter capital at BV Green: VND491,000,000,000

+ Number of shares HAPACO owns at BV Green: 49,100,000 shares

+ The ownership ratio of HAPACO at BV Green: 81.83%.

-          Capital contribution form:

+ To receive the transfer of shares of existing shareholders at BV Green: 24,000,000 shares

+ To buy the additional share issuance: 7,400,000 shares

-          Time of implementation: March 23, 2022.

After the additional capital contribution completes, Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company will become a subsidiary of HAPACO.
