The Board resolution dated March 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of Ha Noi South Housing And Urban Development Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approved the amendment of the company’s charter capital from VND281,165,500,000 to VND421,745,200,000, equivalent to 42,174,520 shares due to the share public offering.
2. Approved the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
