Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank issued a resolution of increasing charter capital as follows:

1. Increased capital: 5,436,000,480,000 dongs (35%)

-          Issuing additional shares to existing shareholders

-          Using whole amount of issuing additional shares is for charter capital.

2. Increased capital: 109,300,000,000 dongs (0.7%)

-          Issuing bonus shares to staffs

-          Using whole amount of issuing shares is for charter capital.
