The Board resolution dated March 18, 2022, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the following issues:

Approved the business result in 2021:

Unit: billion dongs

Content	Plan in 2021	Performance in 2021
Total revenue	409.4	416.5
Profit before tax	104.1	123.4
Corporate income tax	17.0	22.1
Profit after tax	87.1	101.1

Approving the business plan in 2022 and dividend payment in 2021:

- Revenue: 428,245 million dongs

- Profit before tax: 110,954 million dongs

- Profit after tax: 92,395 million dongs

- To pay dividend (estimated): 25%.

Approving the plan to hold the Annual General Meeting 2022:

- Meeting time: 8:00, April 14, 2022

- Meeting venue: at Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company.

Approving the signing of deposit contract with Dong Nai Investment and Development Fund in 2022 (a State shareholder) with a total value of VND 50 billion.
