-          Expected issue volume: 134,500,000 shares

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Offering price: 100% par value

-          Stock volume after the issuance (estimated): 150,000,000 shares

-          Charter capital after the issuance: VND1,500,000,000,000

-          Exercise ratio: 155:1,345 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 155 rights will be entitled to purchase 1,345 new shares).
