- Record date: March 22, 2022

- Exercise ratio: 01 common share – 01 voting right

- Meeting time: in April or May 2022

- Meeting venue: Head office of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. 12 Tan Trao, Tan Phu ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh city.
