The Board resolution dated March 17, 2022, the BOD approved the policy to cooperate between An Giang Import - Export Company (Angimex) and Sierra Lione with details as follows:

1.  The signing of a long-term contract to sell rice to Sierra Lion with estimated of 1 million tons for a year (temporary for 03 years period, contract value of USD 1.35 billion).
2. The cooperation in the transfer of technology, agricultural techniques and methods of rice cultivation.
