On March 10, 2022, Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MCG) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2022 to approve the following contents:

1. The AGM approved the business result and profit distribution in 2021:

-          Output: 126.038 billion dongs

-          Revenue: 174.385 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: -36.785 billion dongs

-          Dividend: none

2. The AGM approved the report on the BOD activities in 2021.
3. The AGM approved the report form the Supervisory Board in 2021.
4. The AGM approved the audited financial statements in 2021.
5. The AGM approved the business plan in 2022:

-          Output: 434.33 billion dongs

-          Revenue: 443.08 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax: 3.42 billion dongs

-          Devidend: none.

6. The AGM approved the remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2021: 714,210,947 dongs.
7. The AGM approved the remuneration plan of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2022:

-          Chairman of BOD:                       15,000,000 dongs/month

-          Member of BOD:                          5,000,000 dongs/month

-          Head of Supervisory Board:         2,500,000  dongs/month

-          Member of Supervisory Board: 2,000,000 dongs/month.

8. The AGM approved the Resignation Letter of Head of Supervisory Board - Mr. Hoang Manh Tuan.
9. The AGM approved the additional election of Mr. Nguyen Thiet as member of Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2025.
10. The AGM approved the appointment of Mrs. Dinh Thi Van as Head of Supervisory Board for the term 2020 – 2025.
11. The AGM approved the selection of one of audit firms for the financial statements in 2022:

-          A & C Audiitng and Consulting Company Limited

-          BDO Auditing Company Limited

-          Ha Noi Auditing and Accounting Company Limited.
