-          Fractional shares: 305 shares (These shares cancelled according to the offering plan that approved by the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated April 12, 2021).

-          Unsold shares volume: 148,858 shares.

2. Approving the plan to distribute the unsold shares to other investors:

-          Selling volume: 148,858 shares

-          Selling price: VND12,000/share

-          Name of investor bought 148,858 shares: Bui Thanh Luan and Tran Van Duong.

-          Payment time: 10:30, March 10, 2022.

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
