The Board resolution dated March 09, 2022, the BOD of Clever Group Corporation approved the extension of the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

-          Record date: March 01, 2022.

-          Meeting time(estimated): June 2022 (instead of March 26, 2022).

-          Reason for extension: due to the effect of Covid-19 epidemic, the company needs to have more time to prepare well the facilities to ensure the disease prevention for shareholders.
