The Board resolution dated February 28, 2022, the BOD of Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to contribute the additional capital for increasing charter capital of Gia Phuoc Real Estate Business Investment Company Limited. Details are as follows:

-          Charter capital before increasing: VND250,000,000,000 (equivalent to VND249,750,000,000, acounting for 99.9% charter capital of Gia Phuoc Real Estate Business Investment Company Limited)

-          Additional contribution capital: VND349,650,000,000

-          Charter capital after increasing: VND599,400,000,000.
