The Board resolution dated February 23, 2022, the BOD of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Cong Khoi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
2. Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
3. Approving the establishment of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors with the following members:

-          Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh – Independent member of BOD

-          Mr. Pham Vinh Phu – member of BOD.

   4. Approving the operating regulation of Audit Committee.

   5. Approving the change of the company name into ICapital Investment Joint Stock Company (short name: ICAPITAL INVESTMENT JSC).

   6. Approving the change and cancellation of some of business lines.
