The Board resolution dated February 22, 2022, the BOD of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the following issues:

1. Approving the amendment of the company’s charter with new charter capital to VND3,653,874,620,000, equivalent to 365,387,462 shares with the par value of VND10,000/share.
2. Approving the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 15,355,875 shares from the stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020.
3. Approving the implementation of registration for the change of Business Registration Certificate due to the increase in charter capital from VND3,499,971,900,000 to VND3,653,530,650,000.
