Pursuant to the resolution of the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated February 17, 2022, Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock company announces the resignation and election result for the Board of Directors as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Con Khoi as from February 17, 2022;

- Increasing the number of Board members from 03 persons to 05 persons in a term;

- The election result of 03 additional members for Term 2019-2023:

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Cong
Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh
Mr. Pham Vinh Phu.
