The Board resolution dated February 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to change the record date and the time to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders with details as follows:

-          Record date:  March 15, 2022 (instead of March 01, 2022)

-          Meeting time: April 15, 2022 (instead of April 01, 2022).
