The Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) approved the signing of a guarantee agreement of Techcombank and the party related to major shareholder and insider The Sherpa Co., Ltd.

-          Guarantor: The Sherpa Co., Ltd.

-          The guaranteed: Meatdeli HN Co., Ltd.

-          Beneficiary: banks give credit to Meatdeli HN, including Techcombank

-          Guaranteed obligation: All of Meatdeli HN’s financial obligations arising under the syndicated credit agreement signed between Meatdeli HN and credit banks.
