The Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) announces the adjustment of the maximum number of foreign ownership at Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (TLD) according to the total number of shares registered at VSD as follows:

- Registered firm: Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

- Stock name: Stock of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

- Stock symbol: TLD

- ISIN code: VN000000TLD5

- Par value: VND10,000

- Stock type: common stock

- Additional registration volume: 2,796,214 shares

- Date of additional registration certificate: February 11, 2022

As from February 15, 2022, the foreign ownership limit for TLD stock will be 20,948,767 shares (49% of the total number of shares registered at VSD (42,752,586 shares)).
