-          Short name: BAF MEAT BINH PHUOC CO.,LTD

-          Charter capital: VND120,000,000,000 (BAF contributed VND120,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital of BAF Meat Binh Phuoc Limited Company)

-          Time of implementation: from February 10, 2022.
