According to the separate financial statements, the profit after tax in Quarter 4/2021 decreased by 4,828 billion dongs, equivalent to the decrease of 64% compared to the Quarter 4/2020 because of the following causes:
- Gross profit from sales and services decreased by 1,865 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to a decrease in the gross profit from real estate transfer.
- The financial income decreased by 3,498 billion dongs compared to the same period of last year due to a decrease in the income from dividend payment.
