On December 06, 2022, Clever Group Corporation issued the Board resoluion to approve the following issues:

To increase its charter capital from VND198,890,980,000 to VND213,805,210,000, equibvalent to 21,380,521 shares.
To amend its charter with new charter capital.
To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for the additional issuance shares.
