On December 22, 2022, the BOD of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company issued the Board Resolution regarding the approval for transaction with related party. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of VietinBank Securities unanimously approved agreements for consulting on the dossier of registration for the bond offering, payment and registration agent and listing bond consultancy in the public offering in 2022 of Vietinbank that signed between Vietinbank Securities and VietinBank (VietinBank is a parent company of Vietinbank Securities).
