Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) announces the resolution of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which was convened on December 22, 2022, as follows:

1. Approving to change of the foreign ownership ratio limit of foreign investors will be 30% of charter capital of VIB.
2. Approving the 2022 dividend payment: 10% of charter capital.
3. Resolution is valid as of December 22, 2022.
