The Board resolution dated December 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the purchase of 6,720,000 shares of Anpha Hydro Electric Investment Joint Stock Company from Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Binh – Chairman of BOD of MCG. Accordingly, total shares after the purchase is 27,328,000 shares, equivalent to 61% charter capital of Anpha Hydro Electric Investment Joint Stock Company.
2. Approved the purchase of 1,000,000 shares of Binh Long HPP Joint Stock Company from Mr.  Nguyen Ngoc Binh – Chairman of BOD of MCG. Accordingly, total shares after the purchase is 1,000,000 shares, equivalent to 10% charter capital of Binh Long HPP Joint Stock Company.
3. Approved the signing of an agreement between MCG Energy and Real Estate Joint Stock Company and MCG Construction Joint Stock Company (Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung – Chief Executive Officer of MCG is related person to MCG Construction Joint Stock Company - Director) for the project of the mixed-use building for services: commerce, office and hotel at Km9 Ho Tung Mau street, Mai Dich ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi.
