The Board resolution dated December 21, 2022, the Board of Directors of GELEX Group Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the plan to purchase materials and main raw materials for production and business in 2023 for member companies.
2. Approved transaction agreements with related parties in 2023. Accordingly, the contract value is less than 35% the company’s total assets recorded in the company's latest financial statements.
3. Approved the signing of an agreement on transferring the right to use the trademark between GELEX and GELEX Electricity Joint Stock Company, GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company.
