1. Approved the Company contines to extend the time to pay second cash dividend for 2021:

-          Payment date: March 31, 2023 (instead of December 23, 2022).

2. Approved the cancellation of the plan to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2023.
3. Approved the cancellation of the record date (December 19, 2022) to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2023.
