On December 15, 2022, VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank announces the removal of transfer restriction of 35% of number of shares in the third phase of stock issuance under ESOP 2019 and 35% of number of shares in the second phase of stock issuance under ESOP 2020 as follows:

-          Number of shares expected to be released: 4,350,092 shares (equivalent to 35% number of additional listing shares of the 2019 ESOP issuance)

-          Number of shares expected to be released: 3,500,801 shares (equivalent to 35% number of additional listing shares of the 2020 ESOP issuance)

-          Expected removal time: from December 20, 2022 to December 26, 2022.
