-          Trading method: to transfer ownership via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

2. Approved the plan for preferred shares repurchase:

-          Stock name: An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of preferred shares issued in 2018: 14,114,880 shares

-          Issue price: 25,000 dongs/preferred share

-          Number of preferred shares transferred into common shares in 2020: 6,800,000 shares

-          Number of outstanding preferred shares: 7,314,880 shares

-          Number of preferred shares expected to be bought: 7,314,880 shares

-          Trading method: to transfer ownership via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

-          Repurchase price: VND29,239/share

-          Expected repurchase period: from January 16, 2023 to January 31, 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
