On December 09, 2022, Vietnam Electric Cable Corporation (CAV) received the dossier of registration for the public tender offer for the shares of CAV from the major shareholder – Gelex Electric JSC to raise its ownership ratio at CAV from 96.35% to 100%. Accordingly, Gelex Electric JSC registered to buy 2,100,795 shares, equivalent to 3.65% of number of voting 26% of total voting shares.
