NSC: Resolution on the 2nd dividend payment for 2021

According to the resolution dated December 08, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam National Seed Group Joint Stock Company approved the second cash dividend payment for 2021 as follows:

- Payment ratio: 30%/share (VND3,000 for a share)

- Record date: December 28, 2022

- Payment date: January 19, 2023.
