On November 30, 2022, Vu Dang Investment & Trading Joint Stock Company issued the Board resoluion to approve the following issues:

  1. To increase its charter capital from VND258,000,000,000 to VND276,059,080,000, equibvalent to 27,605,908 shares.
  2. To amend its charter with new charter capital.
