CMC Corporation (CMG) reports the use of capital of bonds as follows:  

1. Purpose of capital use according to the issuance plan:

Based on the bond issuance plan approved by the Board resolution No.03/2019/NQ-HĐQT:

-          Total mobilized capital from the bond issuance (based on par value) and the issue volume by each bond code:

-          Purpose for capital use:

+ The proceeds of VND200 billion from the issuance to implement the investment in CMC Creative Space project at lot Vb-27b, Vb-28 and Vb-29, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Hochiminh.

+ The proceeds of VND100 billion from the issuance to raise the issuance scale and use that capital to supplement capital for state-owned enterprises that 100% charter capital owned by the issuer to approve the increase of contribution capital of the issuer in those companies.
