Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation announces the adjusment to the content of the Board resolution dated November 02, 2022 regarding the plan for handling the unsold shares as follows:

- Registered offering volume: 74,001,604 shares

- Distributed volume: 56,504,415 shares (instead of 56,504,237 shares)

- Unsold shares volume: 17,497,189 shares (instead of 17,497,367 shares).
