The Board resolution dated November 23, 2022, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to cancel the contents that were approved in the Minutes and Resolutions of the Board of Directors for the period from 2006 to 2008 regarding the decision to use the amount of 3,848,000 USD, equivalent to 61,196,993,373 dongs, which is not in accordance with the law.
